“First time we had used Birmingham to park. We travelled early morning and all the staff who met us were so pleasant and helpful. Everything ran like clockwork outbound and inbound. I would recommend APH to everyone.
I would like to thank the staff who were on duty 15th 3am kiosk and car park zone 5 and bus waiting for us 1st class customer service. Same to staff on return 18th 12.30. Will definitely be using again.”
“Easy to find immediately off roundabout near to airport. Frequent shuttle bus. Short transfer time. Only minor point is some spaces narrow for some of the larger SUV / Jeep style vehicles then making it awkward to get out on return to the car park.”
