“Booking Aph express is not at the APH site but at an express carpark that has no APH sign up at all. A bit confusing as I didn’t realise I hadn’t booked APH carpark. This was at Birmingham. Good service once we had sorted ourselves with where to go. It should be made clearer that although you have booked APH it isn’t at their carpark!”

Good transport to and from the airport with very courteous drivers. The one taking us to the airport stopped at toilets on the way out of the car park for my daughter to use the toilets and the lady who drove us back from the airport to the car park was very friendly asking us on the way back whether we had had a good holiday, a very warm welcome home for us all. She was also a very careful and gave us a very smooth ride.
This will be the place I leave my car when flying from Birmingham in future without doubt.

“Our holiday was recovering from the stress by the wrong postcode to the parking place of APH , the phone number given on the booking form was never answered, we drove around three times to the postcode given with no success just ended up each time at the Premier inn. With so much time wasted on trying to find out APH parking place getting close to our booking in time for our flight we had to go to Birmingham Airport parking otherwise we would have missed our flight.
