“Went around in circles looking for the car park as signed posted as car park express, not APH. Eventually found it after about 20 mins. Staff were helpful and directed us to a space. But on the way back we were just dropped off about a 3 min walk away from where we parked. Basically stopped and told to get off.”
“Very good service. The bus was there at 4 AM when we arrived and in two minutes on our way back. More than that, when I picked up the car I had a flat battery but in 5 minutes they came with a large wheeled jump starter and back to the road. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work.”
“The signs for the car park are a completely different logo and colour scheme to the APH logo. A blue sign with Express written on it and a very hard to see Airparks in black type.
On arrival guided by an utter jobsworth of the most annoying type to a parking spot that was on compacted hardcore not concrete or tarmac and was guided to park far too close to another vehicle. My car is quite sporty so is quite wide but was directed to park far to close to quite battered people carrier. The guy stopped me from reverse parking the. Once I parked up he said I could reverse park. As soon as the joker went, I moved the car elsewhere as I did not want to come back to find damage or scratches on a car I’d saved years for especially as the parking employee seemed to like stating that I park at my own risk. Not exactly a stress free start to my break”
