“Easy online booking. Various discounts available such as NHS discount. Good value, friendly and professional service. It was easy to check in and were guided by a "follow me" car to where we could park. Bus service was excellent and the driver helped us with the luggage. On our return, the friendly bus took us back to our car which was in the same place and same condition as was left. Clean toilets available near the reception area which were very useful. I would recommend this car park for flying from Birmingham Airport.”
“This seems to be a relatively new parking area at Birmingham airport. Getting there using What three words was perfect. We arrived at 5am pitch black and went into the wrong lane on entering ( bigger sign would be good). After entering the site we were given directions to turn left at skip unfortunately it was dark and the skip was dark blue so we missed it so just kept driving round,we found a member of staff and was told to park anywhere. The buses ran regularly to the airport about 3-5minutes away. Now I have used it and know how everything works I will use again.”
“Even though we arrived at our expected time the wait for a coach was 28 minutes, not acceptable. At least on the way back we only waited 15 minutes, the journey time in both cases was 5 minutes but not worth quibbling about.”
“Excellent service . Was a bit tricky to find the car park we had at Birmingham but the instructions they sent got us there in the end as opposed to sat nav !
Waited quite a while for the return bus home and there was a little confusion when we were dropped off between two zones so took us a while to locate our car as we weren’t dropped off where we got on !
When we got to our car it had a complete cover over it and we discovered we had somehow left all our windows down which the security patrol must have noticed so covered it for us ! What a great service , we thought that was so kind as we could easily have come back to a very wet rain soaked interior ! Thank you APH for patrolling and spotting this !”
