“Great transfer! Literally around the corner from the airport, maybe 5 mins on the bus. Buses come every 30 mins but your really close to the airport if you need to keep warm”
“This was the 3rd time I’d used your ‘Express’ parking at BHX airport, however, it was anything but ‘Express’. Firstly we had to queue to be led by one of your staff to the area for parking? Around 15 minutes?
We hopped on the airport bus and for some unknown reason we’re parked up on there for at least 30 minutes with no explanation as to why?
This resulted in a very stressful time getting through security bearing in mind we arrived 3 hours before our flight was due to depart we only made it to our gate just in time to board our plane.
Very disappointing as my other 2 bookings with you were fantastic so much so I told my friends to use your parking facility. Pleased to say our return was excellent.”
