“The only helpful tips would be if you arrive back to collect your car in the dark, the bus driver could give very brief directrions to each zone area, this would save us trapsing around to find the car as the lighting was not great. Otherwise a very good service.”
“We booked quite late.bit night before flight. Money was taken by APH.
On arriving at carpark, there was no booking in our name on system. Car park attendants rushed to get us registered so we didn’t miss our flight check in. They are not APH staff. But they were helpful.
On return to collect car same issue, no not registered on system. Pretty hopeless , asked for a v thin receipt which I dont think I’d been given in the rush. Was finally let out of carpark after 15 min discussion at barrier at 2am! Not a great system, added stress to trip and cost us £90.
The car was safe and plenty of spaces available. Shuttle bus was good abd quick.
Mixed bag. Imagine there could be a better parking experience. I’d def book earlier next time abd probs use a different provider.
