“Overall a good service and good value with handy location close to the airport. However we had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle back which wasn't great at the end of a long day and travel given we were paying for an express service. My understanding was travel was on demand - this is not the case, shuttles run intermittently just like from other car parks.”
“All seemed good, however when I needed to amend my arrival time. The given number was out of order. The number I managed to use said there was nothing he could do. The email I sent to the given address regarding editing my time replied that I had to speak to APH on site, but I was abroad by this time and the app didn’t work, causing lots of anxiety and stress. Means of contact should be much easier to use. Please check your 0800 phone number as it doesn’t work but in the UK and abroad.”
“Very efficient service. One we found the car park, we parked up and got on a bus straight away. Wayne the driver was helpful and pleasant. Bus took a few minutes to arrive at the airport, right outside the doors.”
