“The cost is a bit less than the other on site parking providers. On the return from my last trip away we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle bus back to our car. A bit inconvenient. I was happy that it wasn't raining as all the people would not have fitted under the bus shelter.”
“Our arrival at Birmingham on 20 Jul 26 was delayed (significantly) and the driver of the shuttle bus went above and beyond to help us. I wish I knew his name; it was around 2200-2210. He should be commended. Thank you.”
“Convient for Birmingham airport, however disappointly the bus drove off just as we were getting out of our car and so we had to wait quite a while for the next bus.
Main complaint was that we parked in Zone 2 which is not a tarmaced surface (2 are & 2 more aren't). Whilst it was dry so we didn't have a problem with puddles or wet muddy ground, we couldn't see out of the windscreen and the car had changed colour due to all the dust it had got covered with in the week we were away. We used the car park earlier in the year and asked if there were any plans to upgrade the surfaces and were told that there were and for the work to be done by summer, but doesn't appear that anything has happened.
If you can put up with the risk of ending up in one of the un-tarmaced zones then the convenience of this car park is good.”
