“All good from arrival to bus to airport and bus back. However, more organisation is needed than to drop you in a zone with 500 cars in it and letting you search for your car. Row numbers would be great”
“Had a trip to Dubai booked for a week last Sunday, tried to cancel the car parking but no one available at the weekend and by the time I managed to logon it had gone beyond the 24 hours so just received a message stating claim on your travel insurance which you can’t as it’s a war and travel insurance doesn’t cover you for that. They did call and let it ring once then cut off. Not a service I expected from an organisation as big as this but I suppose they can treat customers how they like because they are so big”

I have looked into this further and can see that you contacted us on 28/02/26, which was the day before your booking was due to start. As this car park is sold through us as a third-party provider, we are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the booking, which state that cancellations must be made outside of the specified time frame.
I completely understand that this was a unique and difficult situation due to the acts of war, and I appreciate how frustrating this must have been. Unfortunately, in this instance we do have to follow the terms and conditions set for the booking.
