We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Some of our car parks are surfaced differently across locations, and we appreciate that moving luggage over a stone surface can be inconvenient for some customers.
We are also concerned by your comments regarding the transfer bus. Our drivers are required to operate to scheduled departure times, but they should always do so safely and courteously. We regret any frustration caused if the bus departed as you approached the stop.
We are equally disappointed to learn that you found our response to your complaint patronising. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave, and we did not intend for our communication to come across that way. We apologise if our response caused any offence or frustration.

“No issues, no waiting, straight there to airport and back when arriving back at Birmingham. I’d book them again if I was ever flying from Birmingham but because that airport has shockingly unorganised security I won’t be flying from there again.”
