“Arrived at APH Express Birmingham Airport early afternoon. The young male at the barrier wasn't pleasant, no communication skills, acted as though he didn't want to be there.
Directed to parking Zone 3 where the car parking surface was terrible, stony, very uneven & dusty, which made it difficult to pull our cases across in between other parked cars as there was no pedestrian marked access to the bus stop.
On our return during the early hours found that lighting on car park was poor, my car was covered in dust from the poor car park surface, as well as our cases. This is second time I've parked on this zone, last time it was raining, muddy and full of puddles.
Transport to and from car park to airport was good, but very disappointed with car park conditions.”
“The cost is a bit less than the other on site parking providers. On the return from my last trip away we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle bus back to our car. A bit inconvenient. I was happy that it wasn't raining as all the people would not have fitted under the bus shelter.”
