“Arrived and greeted by someone saying ignore the APH, it’s nothing to do with them (we really didn’t need to hear that). Really poor signage as to which zone we were in. On return we were welcomed by a driver who had all on to speak. It was dark and everyone on the bus had to ask where we were and where their zone was. Getting out of the car park wasn’t easy either. It really shouldn’t be that difficult- it’s a car park, have some lighting, zone signs and exit signs”
“I want to recommend that the little token you gave us to keep on arrival is re-designed into something more robust. The ' token ' is a little peice of paper no bigger than a raffle ticket, not resistant to rain or being screwed up or torn, therefore my ticket got misplaced or some other fate be fell it and when we returned to the carpark we were warned that without it to give to the warden on the exit we couldn't have our car. We apologised and were excused, but please design a better token.”
“Really simple process and keep your keys so no worries about car being shuttled off elsewhere. Transfer to airport is regulated and takes about 5 minutes.”
“I booked online as I have done many times with APH and utilised a deal sent by email that reduced the costs. Booking process was quite simple and on arrival was given a ticket, shown to a parking space, took the coach to the airport and we went on holiday.
We returned 2 weeks later in the early hours of the morning which included a flight delay, gave the driver my ticket and they took us to a car park that was NOT where I had parked my car. I explained this to the driver and he said the ticket said Zone 7 so that was where i would be dropped.
Giving all the benefit of the doubt I walked up each lane of traffic and ny car was DEFINITELY not there!
Shortly afterwards a security vehicle stopped me and I explained my predicament. He very kindly agreed to drive around while we waited. On his return he confirmed he had no success but would persevere.
A different security person stopped me and after explaining my plight, he agreed to take me to the front gate while my partner waited in the open air with our luggage. From there I described my arrival experience and where they had taken me. Very quickly he told me that I was probably in Zone 2 and on our arrival I saw my car.
All's well that ends well but could have done without this experience!
On a positive note, great holiday and the two security personnel I dealt with were a credit to APH.”
“Miscommunication between two companies at the gate as of who was going to help me except one staff who actually first drove the bus I was on from the airport then used his whole break to try and help me with my key fob and passed on the details to the gate about my husband reg who was then on his way with new key fob battery”
