“Directions to car park were a little vague, but we got there in the end. Transfer bus driver (both ways) was very polite and explained pick-up for return very well. Was a little worried when shown footage of joy riders at a long stay car park in Birmingham but not sure it was where we parked. Overall, decent price and hassle free transfers.”

- more lighting required on car parks when you arrive and depart in the early hours !
- bus stops/shelters to be named or numbered so that you can find your drop off point at 3am !
- more frequent buses back to the car park from the terminal.”
