“On arrival at the gate we were met with a smile and a polite person who directed us straight to the allocated parking area and where to catch the bus. Parking spaces very close to bus pick up points so not far to haul luggage, a few short minutes bus ride and dropped right outside the airport doors and all the same on arrival back in the country. If I was going to mention a negative point which is a really small and only a potential issue is that the return bus ticket which is issued on first arrival is a flimsy piece of paper that could be easily lost but over all a very good experience which I would happily do again so thank you Birmingham Airport”
“Parked car very easily. Extremely short ealk to bus stop. The bus was waiting for us. It took 3 minutes to get the the front of the airport. Will definately us again.”
