“Pre visit communication on location and procedure was not that helpful and out of date. Once we found it all went well although the car park surface is very rough inundated with potholes. Cheap cheerful and convenient.”
“Have used the APH Express car park at Birmingham twice this year.
On both occasions, the bus transfer is good and the car park location ideal - so why only 3 stars?
It depends where yiu get parked. On the first occasion it was on a properly tarmacced area witg well marked spaces.
On the second it was in an area which isn't tarmacced so was wet and muddy with potholes and no marked spaces which meant people were parked randomly with people taking up more than one space etc.
So, APH Express need to sort that second area.”
