“Easy to find, excellent service on arrival and the shuttle bus driver was helpful. We were advised to keep the card issued to us on arrival to enable us to catch the bus back to the parking and to remind us which area we parked in. We were not told we would be asked to provide that in order to exit the carpark, and in our hurry to get home my husband had misplaced the card. We assumed the barrier would raise itself but it is only raised when you hand the card over. When we couldn't provide the card the gate keeper was very serious and very grumpy with us, saying something about not knowing whether we were stealing a car even though we explained we must've had the ticket to be allowed on the bus... After telling us off, he let us leave.”
