“Easy to book, straightforward at the car park, caught the bus easily to the hotel, and the return journey was easy too. Good to have someone at the airport bus stop checking tickets and confirming which bus we needed on our return journey. Great service!”
“Great location just a few minutes from airport. Easy access from motorway and easy to find. Quirky parking arrangement where you get guided to your parking space by a ‘guide car’, but works really well and saves all the driving round looking. Regular buses. Used a few times since it opened, my ‘go to car park’ now if travelling from Birmingham. Can’t fault it”

When you are setting out just make sure you are aware there are two sites and that you are headed for correct one
Also when you arrive don’t just speed through the entrance like we did or the team won’t know you need a bus
We were waiting for 20 to 30 mins but was our fault as should have been only a few minutes
Staff very understanding and got us to terminal in time
