Brilliant service from start to finish. Car was stored safely and they took pictures when I dropped off car really friendly staff would use the service again if I go from Birmingham airport

Dropping car off and bus to the airport were flawless. On return we had mislaid our return ticket but this was dealt with smoothly by the bus driver, I am sorry not to know his name, but many thanks to him.

In the daytime easy to find using the sat- nav at night harder to get home many different sat-nav directions but the carpark is great with very good staff

As always the service from APH was very professional. We were met quite early in the morning by a happy and cheerful gentleman, sadly I cannot remember his name. We were treated with respect and my car was looked after while we were away. I would recommend APH and will definitely use the service again. Thank you very much.

Smooth drop off, however when when came to collect our vehicle the barcode on the collection slip we were given was not recognised. When we queried this in the office we were told that our vehicle was overdue for collection. Fortunately, we had a printed copy of the booking that proved this statement was incorrect. After further enquiries were made it appreared that we had been given the wrong collection slip (for someone elses vehicle). The matter was resolved, however it was a worrying experience which delayed our onward journey.
