“Really easy start to finish. Booking was easy. Arrival and booking in was simple and everything was explained. Short waits for the bus both ways. Getting key was straight forwards and quick and exiting was dead easy. All in all, a very positive experience and will definitely use APH again.”
“Very impressed with this service. The bus was actually waiting for us when we exited the terminal which was a great start. The driver was very friendly and courteous and after scanning my ticket he was able to tell me in advance which box number my ticket was in. When we arrived at the car park we went into a covered area where you scan your ticket in the machine. It asks you to confirm your registration number and then very quickly tells you where your car is situated, what number box your key is in alongside the machine, and you then hear an audible click as the box opens to reveal your car key. A very good streamlined system that is actually user friendly”
“Going out very easy, plenty of staff. On return, driver kindly assisted with key retrieval, which was a new arrangement to us. No other staff visible so no-one to assist should there have been a problem. Would use again”
