“I won’t be using this service again, me & my daughter were left standing in the freezing cold & rain at night time for over 30 mins in the longest queue, I had to open my case & wrap my daughter up in extra clothes as she was absolutely freezing, as was I, and we couldn’t even get a seat to sit down on the bus which was awful as my daughter was falling asleep due to it being so late at night, which is difficult when I was on my own I’d much rather pay the extra & park on site at the airport the next time, it’s just not with the £20 saving”
“Collection of keys was chaos, no system of key return to customer, no where to queue out of the rain while waiting, especially when the coach was full. Please return to the system whereby the customer keeps the keys, works much better and faster. There were some unhappy customers last night (5.12.22), and quite rightly so. Just hope someone reads this”
