“The Airparks/APH has changed and you now leave your car keys as previously at the Hams Hall site. This is not as well organised as there is no office to check in at and no explanation of where to reclaim your key on returning. The machine to reclaim the keys gives you the box location for the keys and the vehicle location too quickly then it is gone from the screen. The drivers were excellent and helpful with bags and cases.”
