“The parking prices were reasonable and the drop off & pick up service were really good. The driver on drop off helped put cases into the stands - very good”
“Very efficient on the way out. Hand to stand in the cold for at least 20 mins once we arrived back at the car park on the way home as our car wasn’t ready. Minimal communication or reassurance was given. This was despite them knowing when to expect us from the moment we placed the booking and our flight/arrival to the car park was bang on time. Same happened to at least 2 other couples while we were there.
Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend, have had far better service elsewhere.”
“We received a very efficient service. Parked the car in front of reception, dropped the key off and waited for the bus. It didn't take long before we were on our way to the airport. It took about 10 minutes. We were dropped off directly outside the airport arrivals area and just walked through to departures. Unfortunately, upon our return we were just walking to the bus stop (a distance away) when we saw our bus depart! Not APH's fault, just bad timing. We then waited 25 minutes for the next bus. Fair enough. We collected our keys promptly and drove away. They were very friendly staff throughout. Thank you - we will use you again.”
