“Even faster than previous, with the new automated key collection upon return. The staff, at the parking lot and the drivers are incredibly friendly and helpful, even at ridiculous times of day. Fast efficient service.”
“We had to queue for 30 mins on arrival and was told that this was due to the car park being over booked and they were sorry staffed. It was chaos to day the least. When we were picked up the driver said that he shouldn't be driving which was apparent as they're was no one in site to check in the people waiting.”
