“We have used APH for many years at various different airports including and when I booked this I thought it was the usual APH car park we have used near Coleshill, but on following the directions soon realised it was a different car park and a nightmare to get to through back roads and housing estates.
On arrival at the car park however the service was efficient. The return journey from the airport the bus was crammed to bursting point and I would suggest you put on a more frequent service. Collection of our keys went smoothly. I did think the cars were parked too close together, especially bearing in mind people have luggage as well as themselves to get in the car.
We will not be using this car park again.”
“Not really convenient for airport if arriving at school/ rush hour and had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold for a return bus. In future will pay the extra and park at the airport.”
“good value for money, ease of getting car back was good before but has improved.
Only downside was bus was over full so had to wait for another, an extra 25 mins in the cold & rain on way back”
“much preferred the parking at hams hall was much easier to find from our side of m42. found the return key pick up confusing (as did the others trying to retrieve their keys) The guy on check in duty did come over to help us now i have done it once i am sure i shall know how to do it next time!”
“We have used APH on many occasions and would recommend the service. Only negative is, in recent times passengers are placing own luggage on transport rack. This is haphazard and dangerous .”
