“APH was very good value, the staff efficient and buses very regular to and from the terminal.
My car was parked very close to the bus stop when I returned.”
“A simple drop off and very easy coollection of the car. The bus to/from the airport is frequent, for us, within 15 minutes going to the airport and within 5 minutes coming back from the airport.

Buses were late on pick up from Birmingham airport and not to schedule which was posted at the bus stop.
The key barcode didn’t work on drop off at the site to collect the keys. So someone went to office to sort and brought the keys to us with a 10 min delay. The barrier also didn’t go up on leaving the car park so had to run back to the office and they helped with this. So the service on the whole was a bit glitchy and not smooth.
The bus delay was the most annoying of the issues. Staff resolved them as best they could.
The price is competitive compared to airport parking so I would say if they can sort the bus reliability then I would use them again.”
