“On reaching the carpark there were no empty spaces where you are meant to leave the car whilst dropping the key off at the checkin. It was chaotic as the checkin operated from a small portocabin and it was raining so not everyone could get inside. There then appeared to be an issue with some drivers as they were insistant that they were meant to keep hold of the keys themselves. Regardless of this we were expected to go and move our car to another area then return the key which now had a label on it. The traNsfer coach only ran every 25 mins. Compared to APH HAMS HALL now closed down it was so disorganised and the staff as well as customers were stressed.
At hams hall the operation was co nsistently slick and weve used it many many times. I doubt we'll use this facility again”

“Easy to find - drop off system worked well.
Pick up did not - bus was OK but when we got to the car park there was a major wait and confusion as they had messed up the car keys and they were not ready. Took half an hour to sort out - but did get my car in the end.”
“Once at the facility things couldn’t have been easier, parked up and took the bus to the airport.
On return bus was there straight away and car as I left it.
