Whether it’s better to get family to drop you off and pick you up as I do for a friend, I think with all the automate and they have there now the prices should be more competitive and not trying to rip off anybody like the airlines a conversation on the plane and on The bus back you can hear people complaining of all the extra prices this year people will probably pay them but in future I think people will be more careful and more wary of the prices. In future. This year is probably the first year when we’ve had no Covid and it’s been the easiest to get away next year. I think people be rethinking our way to spend their money and this will not be in car parks if they’re going to be so expensive.”
“The operation wasn't as good as it used to be when the Hams Hall site was open. The staff are welcoming and polite, the issue is with the running of the bus(only appears to be 1 working), so if you miss it it's 30 mins before the next 1 appears, we waited 20 minutes at the airport end.APH used to run about every 15 minutes but like everything else now in the UK it's about not having enough staff/vehicles, the operation for booking into the site is easy but if you are in a queue of vehicles you may find yourself waiting around for the next transfer.”
