“First time here. Thought the old site was easier to get to, although for us it was further to travel. Key collection was not explained. Luckily someone in front of us knew what to do then we followed suit. Transfer bus could run a little more often. Other than that we would use APH again.”

“It was an easy process which gave us ease of leaving our car in a secure location when on holiday. The service provided was smooth and efficient from dropping off the car to getting the bus to the airport and then the reverse on our return to collect the car. The staff were very polite and helpful too.”
“Our booking didn’t appear on their system when we got there even though I had all the relevant paperwork and emails ( I booked through a third party ) however the staff on at the time sorted it all out without me having to pay £180 as a walk in, great service great staff Thankyou”
“Yes apart from the waiting for the bus was ok the other car before Covid was better I think because it was just of the motorway and the cost of parking it getting like it use to be to expensive so make you think about
Whether it’s better to get family to drop you off and pick you up as I do for a friend, I think with all the automate and they have there now the prices should be more competitive and not trying to rip off anybody like the airlines a conversation on the plane and on The bus back you can hear people complaining of all the extra prices this year people will probably pay them but in future I think people will be more careful and more wary of the prices. In future. This year is probably the first year when we’ve had no Covid and it’s been the easiest to get away next year. I think people be rethinking our way to spend their money and this will not be in car parks if they’re going to be so expensive.”
