“Use this carpark when flying from Brum . No problems ,only minor one this time NO charms on my key.FOUND CHARMS UNDER MY TAPE MEASURE (center console) ps.would have seen if put on passenger seat lol..PPS keep up the good service”
“I have used this car park many times and will continue to use them. It is always organised and easy to use no matter what time you go. The staff are always helpful and friendly and there is a toilet and covered area for you to wait. My only downside is that the spaces are very cramped and I struggled to get my car out on one occasion. I had to do about a 20 point turn and it took 3 of us to navigate to get out because it was that tight. Apart from this it is a great service.”
“Good service, polite staff. The only slight issue is once you land back home and make your way to the bus stop there can be quite a wait. On the last 2 occasions we've had to wait 30 mins for the bus to arrive which can be frustrating especially in bad weather”
