“They have really improved in last two years since they have moved sites. Great service, still a bit pricey and not very competitive with on site airport parking equivalents.”
“No1 My car smelt of sigeret smoke. No2 signing on car park is very poor you don't know where to collect your keys from also getting on and off the car park is poor No3 lights on car park not good enough and we was waiting at the airport 25 minutes in the cold for the bus in the middle of the morning and pasingeers had to stand up with there suitcases No4 the traffic on the Coventry road was horrendous so I won't be booking Aph in the future ( it was a good service at hems hall)”
“As a seasoned traveler usually using Manchester APH on this ocacasion I was travelling from BHX and what a disappointment !!! Totally in organised is an understatement, when we arrived there was a huge que for the transfer bus in excess of 40 people even though the buses were there !!! So we had to stand . Then on our return at 2AM same again a huge que and we had to stand again!!! Carnt fault Manchester APH but I think you have made a huge mistake joining with air parks !!! I stopped using them years ago because of their terrible service !!! I wouldn’t recommend BHX and there’s no way I will use it again . I could go on but I think you get the picture… also APH Manchester we’re very competitive in recent years but now your getting overpriced so much so for my next three trips this years I’ve booked meet and greet at the airport for less money!!!! Thing are changing at APH .”
