“I checked in asked for disabled space I was told I should book it at time of booking but as I do it online can’t find out how to include disabled parking. There was a space available so they let me use it. Check in was easy the driver we had going to the airport was miserable and no help whatsoever but on our return you couldn’t have found a more friendly courteous helpful driver I wish I got his name. We gave the driver a good tip in appreciation. We will be booking again with you for September”
“The principle is good drop off was easy enough the problems were on pick up at airport the bus was massively over crowded we had to stand for 15 mins on bus whilst trying to hold on to cases and ourselves there was no where to put cases as all areas were full then we had to wait for bus driver to find the car keys as your automated system was not working the bus driver did his best not so much drop and go more like drop and slow there should be someone in office 24 hours a day I appreciate we came back late at night but it just was not good enough we had better service when we used Hamms hall and Gatwick”
