“Every was spot on, arrived 1hr 30 mins later than my booked time and not a problem. On bus in less than 5 minutes to Airport, on return journey literally 2 minutes wait and bus turned up. Can't fault.”
“It is just that when you are at the airport waiting for the bus it does not clearly say on the ticket which we need to sit on and we need to see the driver and as there is a big Q and people behind us did not know what is happing. It just needs beet more on the front of the windscreen saying that this bus is carrying only white or yellow tickets. That is all and the waiting time is long people are freezing in cold weather.”
