“APH have always been great for us,but on this occasion it was problematic. We arrived at 3am,only to be told that we hadn’t been booked in,even though I’d got confirmation that payment had been taken and that is booked an 11 day stay. The guys at the office seemed to know what they were doing,and said they would book me in manually,so after about 30 minutes,we left the car to be parked,and set off to the airport. On arrival back,we was met by Jason,one of the guys who we had encountered on our way out. He stated that there was a bill for our car parking,and that bill was £210. After Jason recalled our problem when we were going on holiday,I again showed him my receipt for parking,paid months before,and he stated that he would sort it all out for us. He handed us our keys,and pointed out where our car was,saying he would sort the situation out. We like using APH,but this has put us off,especially coming home to a bill,we don’t owe! Not heard anything from you yet,but hoping this matter is sorted. Many thanks to Jason and his reassurance though that it would be resolved.”
“Hi we waited 30 mins for a bus and because of this the bus was crowded and 16 people standing up it was 3.30 pm when bus arrived. When we arrived there was no one there to tell us where to get our keys everyone looked confused you would think the bus driver would tell people where to go.Your service is not as good as Manchester APH.”
“Easy to find and great staff. Was a little confusing when we pulled up as we weren’t sure where to go, we pulled in the bay and waited to speak to someone to hand the keys in to be told we needed to pull round the corner which was the opposite side to where we had parked and to then come back. There were quite a few of us that had to do this. Probably needs some more guidance or signs to direct you where to go. Great service though thanks”
“It's a lot further than I realised and not straightforward journey to get there. Have used APH many times and will continue to do so, just not this particular car park. Expensive considering location.”
