“The process was so easy. Staff waiting for you to appear so you can hand in keys. Waited about 10 mins for the coach/bus to take us to airport. On our return the staff were waiting to give your keys back.
Only improvement if needed, would be to have staff tell you which column your car is parked in. Apart from that, the experience was great with no hassle.”
“The drop off was seamless.. the only negative was when returned to bham and went to pickup point.. we didn’t realise we could catch the airparks bus.. we obviously believed it was a separate company to aph.. luckily i asked the second airparks driver who told me I could use the airparks bus.. signage needs to be put up explaining either bus can be used.. other than that there were no issues”
