“Having been an APH customer for several years, I was disappointed to learn of the demise of the Hams Hall site, access to which was very convenient when approaching from the North West. Access to the site at Macadown Lane is more torturous involving travelling through the suburbs of Birmingham with a greater probability of traffic delays.
Apart from this, the service provided by the Airparks team was efficient and friendly. There was little evidence of APH branding on site which I assume is because APH and Airparks are in the process of amalgamation.”
“We arrived on time and dropped the car. A warm and informative greeting. A speedy transfer to the airport. Whilst away we incurred a medical emergency. We returned to the UK three days early. Once the aircraft landed I contacted APH explained our situation. The staff were superb. I can't praise them enough. The car was waiting on our return. The staff were on duty overnight 10th-11 June.
