“Drop off was very smooth & we were very quickly on our way to the airport.
Unfortunately the return journey we were left nearly 40 mins in the rain whilst the other 3 APH pick up buses for another site stopped at our stop. The reason became apparent when we eventually were on our way; 4 way temporary traffic lights due to road works! BUT they have all of our email & mobile numbers so why did we not get a courtesy message advising us so we were not all standing there 'discussing' the delay amongst us!! A bit of information goes a long way!!
The other thing is, there were so many people waiting for that bus, not all of us could fit on, they know how many people that have to pick up so why wasn't at least one other bus put on? The amount of people there paying for the service would have at the very least covered that. Last time we used them the same thing happened without the temporary traffic lights & we did next time we would be tempted to use a slightly more expensive site with more frequent by buses to park, shame our memory was a little too short !!”
“Going to Birmingham Airport was perfect but coming back we had to wait 3/4 of an hour for our transfer which I think is totally unacceptable, no apology or explanation ! So not impressed, it wasn't cheap, would make me consider driveway parking or a different airport !!”
