“Going out to Airport lady driver excellent service helped us on with cases 8 of us plus 4 children on return from airport driver was over 30 mins we were frozen then when he arrived he didn’t get out of us seat just watched us struggle then he nearly went through a red light so braked hard we had to grab the 3 pushchairs quickly,won’t be using again”
“Drop off was ok, pick up was a disaster we with many others had to wait for over a hour to be picked up. When phoned to find out where the transport was I received a sarcastic reply and the call was abruptly ended by whoever I was talking to.”
