“We were met by a pleasant helpful attendant who explained what to do in detail and after a short bus ride we were at the airport ready to start our holiday. On our return a quick scan on the machine and we had our car keys and were on our way home. Many thanks to APH and their staff.”
“Very disappointed with this car park. Have used APH for years but this was a completely different set up and we won't return. Very impersonal, bus drove off when there were two car loads of us walking towards it to get on and we had to wait a full 20 minutes in the cold before the next one decided to move towards the stop for us to get on. The driver didn't move from his seat to assist anyone with their luggage and it was the same on our return. This would never happen at any of the other APH parks we have been to, the drivers are always helpful and courteous. Whether it is because it is an 'AirParks' car park perhaps affiliated to APH we don't know but we won't be going back.”
“Absolutely 100% for service. Greeted immediately and left the car to be parked. A bus was waiting which left within five minutes, we were given clear instructions about our return. Only ten minutes and dropped off at departures. We were through passport control within half an hour of arriving at the car park. Amazing!! Excellent service on arrivals too, the bus was waiting and departed within minutes. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff and bus driver too. Thank you!”
