“The drop off process was very straight forward, we drove into the site, a gentleman checked the registration to the booking, gave us practical information like where to put the car, go to wait for the next coach to the airport and where to take keys. He also told us what to do on our return. All staff encountered were pleasant, even when I asked for my keys back to place some shoes in the car which I had forgotten to change! On return they appeared even more helpful as, since we were delayed more than 24 hours by our tour operator, I had to pay overstay charges. They reprinted my documents to get my keys returned, walked my partner's bags over to the key collection point, retrieved my keys, unlocked my nearby car, opened the boot and even helped to load the bags. The other gentleman listened to my partner's tale of woe about our tiresome journey and then we went off on our way. I was extremely grateful for the extra help and their pleasant nature to help us on our last bit of the journey home. Please pass on my thanks, I highly recommend.”
