“I am certain my car had been used whilst in your keeping, the fuel tank was considerably emptier than when left, The satnav had all its settings changed, the front seats had been altered from their preset settings, the steering position had also been altered. This you could say for the driver parking the vehicle but not the passenger seat. Whilst I have used APH parking for years I may have to rethink this in the future”
“First time to this airport parking, easy drop off. On return short wait for bus. Liked the key return box & got car straight out. Good value for money when compared to Taxi to & from airport.”
“Somewhat tedious to find the APH premises due to road closures (HS2 related) in the area. Thar said, arrival procedures good, and dropped off the car, hopped on the bus, and then onwards to Birmingham airport within a few minutes. On return, had to wait quite a few minutes at the airport until the APH bus arrived to transport us back to the car park. There is a need to ensure that you safeguard your parking receipt as it is used to recover vehicle keys and exit the site. Other than the foregoing, very, very good.”
