“All was good regarding parking. Not quite the same as Hams Hall, not so person friendly , coach driver a black man very good in helping and assisting, as my partner, and partly myself have mobility problems. He was first class.
On returning , our flight was delayed unfortunately, we waited at the stop as advised, the first bus arrive within minutes, no clear indication of being the correct bus. As we boarded, with the help of another passenger-due to the driver not taking any notice who was boarding at that point with our cases, the driver looked at one case and said wrong bus. The passenger helped us take the cases back off. We waited for which turned out to be the correct bus. Still not clearly indicating it was right, the driver unloaded his passengers away from the pick up point due to the other bus not ready to go,. So when the other bus departed.,we waited, the bus driver did not move forward to the bus shelter, he then after about 4 minutes, becond us to move to the bus, and never asked we wanted assistance.
This is not the APH, I’ve used in Gatwick and Hams Hall.”
“Quick service at both ends of journey. Always had good service from APH, but I don't understand why to move the car 100 yards the driver had to move the seat and alter the heating controls and change the radio station???”
“We have used this service many times, it is only a short hop to the airport.
On this occasion we did have to wait 20 mins for the pick up from airport, on our return, even though two buses stopped at stand, neither was returning too our named car park.”
