Buses were available within a few minutes of arrival at the car park.
On return to Birmingham airport, we only had to wait 10 minutes for a bus to return us to the car park.

“Friendly, helpful and easy to use service, at a sensible price.Only confusion occurred at return pickup as express bus arrived with APH signage , on presenting ticket it was the wrong colour so had to get off and queue again.Maybe it would be a good idea to print something on the return/ parking ticket which clearly states only use the Macadown service for example.Or do not use the express bus.”
