When we left the terminal after collecting our bags, i called, and by the time i called and got from the arrivals terminal to valet parking, not only my car was parked and ready, but also my sisters car and i was shocked how quick it was, i forgot about thw card in my wallet so glad they refused me before i remembered about the card”
“Chaotic when we dropped off our car. Lots of men milling around in hi vis vests, not directing people, not exactly uniformed chauffeurs.
I checked on my car app and our car was stored about 3 miles away at Granby Avenue( an industrial estate, but think it was a secure car park. Hopefully.
Car moved about a bit first and last days, which I suppose is to expected . Collection was okay, only waited a couple of minutes for our car. They ask for car reg not booking ref when you phone up to confirm arrival. Found it difficult to understand the call handler.
Think I’ll choose self park next time.”
