“Whilst this is I suppose is a meet and greet service the drop off and collect area is a very long way from either departures and arrivals. Also the staff are less than helpful and when contacted when we collected our cases and walked 30 mins over the uneven and quite possibly dangerous pathway the car still had not arrived”

“Everything went smoothly both drop off and collection. One negative is the lack of direct / obvious route to walk between the drop off / collection point and the terminal. We ended up having to take to the road to gain access!”
“It wasn't as quick as I had expected. On arrival I drove round the car park 4 times before beiing able to get a space. I then had to go in search of an agent. They were all busy with other customers and I had to make myself known to someone walking past and ask for assistance, not quite the fast service I had expected, given that they asked me to call 10 minutes before arrival to let them know I'm on my way.. This delayed me by about 25 minutes.”
