“Really good service at Birmingham. On drop off, there was another family that arrived as we did, so another Maple parking person came to book us in. We saw them carefully logging the cars in, which was reassuring. (We did not have to wait for this process on our own car, but saw them completing it on another vehicle) On return, our car arrived as we walked up to the valet parking area. Super quick, as we did not have checked luggage or passport control to wait through. Thanks, great service.”
“Clear instructions received as to where to go on arrival at Birmingham Airport and then clear instructions about how to retrieve car on return. There was a 5 minute wait on return and car was a bit muddy, otherwise all went well.”
