“Never had a problem with the way it runs,but this time was a nightmare,workers arguing with each other,had to wait for the car for nearly half an hour,and then found the windscreen had a crack in it.”
“Unfortunately I booked Maple Meet and Greet in Birmingham to realise when I got to the airport I was actually flying out of Luton, the car came back with 15 minutes and we then travelled on, the guys are great and easy to deal with just a bit disappointed that the booking was allowed using the flight numbers that weren't actually flying out of birmingham but to be fair that was actually my mistake anyway”
“Overall I would recommend, had a slightly chaotic feeling but pretty much works well. They are very well priced and hence popular but they do seem to have the staff to cope shuffling the cars back to the pick up point when collecting.”
