“We called 15 minutes away from Birmingham airport. Maple were there as planned, easy to follow instructions to get to Valet parking.
Called Maple when we had our luggage, Maple already had the car at the airport.
Reasonable price.

“Despite calling ahead to say that we had collected our luggage the car was still not ready for us - we then could not get out of the car park and when we went back to the car handlers they were too busy to speak with us or even acknowledge we were there.
The only good thing was they had done 7 miles on the clock so hadn't been driving around in it all day!”
“Efficient. Had to queue when we arrived at airport but car was there when we returned. Car controls had been altered which annoys me but all in all worked well.”
