Disappointment to say the least, having used this service previously this time was horrible. Dropping the car off no problem, arriving back in the uk for the car to be 20mins late in arriving back to the car park was frustrating BUT then to find damage on the vehicle was frustrating to say the least, my car has a full glass roof and this was shattered, noticed this on its return and pointed out to the attendant who was helpful and took loads of photos and advised on what I should do ie contact customer services. Contacted customer service in a few emails, first there non responsibility but would consider paying the excess on the insurance, I got a qoute (£1.300) for the glass and advised on the excess (£2,500) yes looks high but we are talking a £100k plus car, then got a email denying all responsibility and saying the damage happened prior to the drop off and they don’t check roofs, it’s a full glass roof and soon as you get in it’s all you see so if the damage was there before the attendant would of seen it like I did on its return. Just be careful folk in this service.

Very quick and efficient service. Greeted on arrival for a speedy exchange. Called the number when at baggage and car was waiting for us when we arrived.

Easy to find (although a bit of a bumpy trek to the terminal with 2 suitcases) and staff were there and car was delivered on time. However, our car must have been parked in a very muddy location as the wheels were muddy and the wheel arches were thick with mud. Unfortunately, I did not notice this when collecting the car otherwise, there would have been complaints. This could easily have been cleaned with a hose at the time Maybe next time I will stick to on airport parking.
