Very convenient parking near to the departures and arrivals at the airport. Friendly staff and efficient service. I would certainly use this car park again.

With all the stories about cheap off-airport companies I was happy to book Maple. Staff at drop-off and pick up were friendly and professional, the car was there on time. The price was good, even cheaper than CP5 which I usually use at BHX. Clearly signed drop-off just a couple of mins walk from the terminal. Maybe just me and the lateness of the day but it took me a few extra minutes to find my way back to pick-up, could use some clearer signs outside the terminal for the tired traveller.

Excellent 5-star service from Maple Parking at Birmingham Airport. The drop-off was quick and easy, staff were friendly and professional, and my car was returned promptly when I landed. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use Maple Parking again and highly recommend them.

All great until we came back to collect our car and there was just no signage on where to go. No directions for Maple or valet parking and we narrowly missed having to pay a £10 parking fee. More directions please.

Drop off fine, returned in evening and waited 15mins in carpark for car to arrive. Inside drivers footwell caked in clay/mud and muddy feet scuffs on drivers door panel. Car had travelled 15 miles. Sent photo and comments to APH customer services and so far 3 days later no acknowledgement....
