“From making my booking to collecting my car I had no issues at all and also received support while away
I had left some banana in my car and was not looking forward to coming back to them after two weeks away, contacted the team and they removed them for me with no issue
Return flight was delayed and our collection ran into the next day but once again no issues”
“Pleased with the location of the meet and greet but the staff can be a bit slow in speaking to you. On arrival the contact from your staff was a bit slow as they don't seem to approach you very quickly.
On return there were a lot of staff standing around we couldn't see our vehicle and no one spoke to us even though we were only 2 mtrs away looking lost. I eventually asked someone who said give the man your slip of paper to a man standing basically right next to me.
Who then told me where my car was.
I would definitely use the service again but the staff could be a bit more proactive.

“Did what it said on the tin as it where. We got to the airport someone was there to greet us and take our car. When we returned (our flight was delayed) however when we got there our car was sitting waiting for us. Staff were polite and proffessional. And it was only a short distance to the airport, so no long walks with heavy baggage”
“Nice simple process and staff were helpful . The only issue ( although it did not impact us on this occasion) is the 10 minute time limit to collect your car when you have called after leaving arrivals at Birmingham”
