“Service was terrible. Upon arrival everything seemed ok but when we collected the car it wasn’t there even after calling in plenty of time. There was an additional charge which we was happy to pay but when asking over six men who was just stood around who and how we pay this to they all just turned around carried on talking and didn’t know any information on how this could be done. The staff at the car park was was more interested in having their own private conversations than helping the customers. Wouldn’t even class it as a meet and greet at all will definitely not be using this company again and go back to using APH whose service has always been very good.”
“Very helpful, even when I had to change the booking. Car always there on time when I return. Because I drive to the airport, I let them know when I'm leaving home (about an hour away), and that has never been a problem.”
“I can’t fault it really. We dropped off no problem. We were delayed on the way back and I was nervous as we went past over an hour after we had booked. We handed out ticket and was told it would arrive soon. After 20 minutes we chased … and another meet and greet guy look puzzled and gave us our keys - it was there when we first arrived. It was Friday the 13th and after the journey home - we just laughed. Can’t wait to use them again!”
