“A little bit disappointed with the service, looked as though they were short staffed or very un organised. Dropping and picking the car up wasn't a smooth process and wasn't only us in this position.”
“We had someone there to pick up our car when we arrived at the airport on our outbound journey. It was a short walk to the terminal. Our car was waiting for us upon arrival back to Birmingham. We always use this car park when flighing from Birmingham.”
“There were no problems dropping car off. On collection my car looked like it had been on a rally or something, covered in mud splatters, absolutely filthy. The drivers side car mats were also thick with mud, obviously from the footwear of who ever had been driving it. Car was obviously parked in a field whilst I was away. Problems with the exit barriers due to a technical problem I believe causing a 20 minute delay for all cars trying to exit. Not the best experience I have had from a Meet & Greet service.”
