“I rang the number whilst waiting for my luggage giving the staff 40 minutes to get my vehicle and when arriving at the meet and greet car park I waited a further 35 minutes for my vehicle
Terrible service after paying a lot of money ….”
“The last time we used the service it was perfect
this time it took 35mins from our phone call to advise we had landed to the car arriving.
The car was obviously parked under a tree or bush (covered in twigs) and it was filthy.
The staff were friendly but I won’t be using service again.”
“Went very smoothly, from drop off to pick up. Just wondered where the car was parked as on pick up it was very grimy and covered in tree debris.
Its quite a way from terminal so if it's wet you would get very wet!”
“On our return tried calling as instructed 4 times & no answer, so headed straight to the collection point where we were told it would be 20 minutes wait. 40 minutes later still no car, not great waiting around at 3am in the morning. Lots of other families waiitng around with young children so not great.”
“Very good experience and no issues with drop off (complete in less than 10mins) and collection was ok with a 15min wait at the car park… this could be quicker but no bother for me. Car returned with no damage or issues and with 4 miles added.
Would use their service again.”
