“Unfortunately after landing we waited 30minutes at least for car on a wet very early November morning even though I phoned when I got my luggage it all seemed chaotic when driver brought our car back the driver just got out and walked away very disappointed”
“This meet and greet worked very well, from the drop off until collection of our car. Staff were courteous and helpful in directing us what to do and where to go. Whole process went very smoothly and we would recommend Maple”
“Purely my own assumption but a “meet and greet” process normally implies the driving to a terminal door and collection vehicle at that location. This was instead a parking lot and dropping your car off yourself. The walking time was the same as if you had parked in the airport car parks. Acknowledge it was a value price but this was not meet and greet in my humble opinion.”
“I've used Maple at a number of airports. The service is efficient, exactly want you want. However, on every occasion, all of the controls in the car have been changed. Why was the heating at 26 degrees, why was the passenger seat, flat back as if someone had been sleeping in it.”
