“Great when dropped car off but when finished our short break away and come to pick car up after a delayed flight due to weather conditions thunder & Lightening in Milan we got a very rude young man who said to us upon giving us the keys if you had been 2 minutes later I would of charged you extra. I will not be using you again and will be putting it on social media and also telling all friends and family not to use you in future . We have used you every year normally my husband books it but I was with my daughter this time . And really won't be spoke to like that, awful service . we allso called as soon as In luggage collection and got our luggage quite quickly, when we have been with you in the past luggage can take sometimes out of our control so why the crappy remarks !!!!!”
